This fully furnished 1,000-square-foot main-floor home is thoughtfully equipped for comfortable mid-term stays. From a fully stocked kitchen to premium linens, towels, and everyday essentials, everything is in place so you can arrive, settle in, and feel at home.​​

Ideal For

Guests relocating, displaced by an insurance claim, or in need of furnished housing. Also well suited for remote professionals, corporate transplants and those seeking a quiet, residential setting.

​​Stay Duration

We offer stays of 1- 12 months. We offer preferred rates for longer stays that benefit both our guests and our scheduling.​

Rates & Requirements

We believe temporary housing should feel like a home—not a

hotel.

1 -3 Month Lease Rate:                $4500/month  
3 -8 Month Lease Rate:                $4195/month

Nonrefundable cleaning fee      $ 399

Refundable security deposit.      $3000

Refundable pet deposit              $400 

Proof of renter's liability insurance ($300,000 minimum with your pet covered under under policy's liability) required

Utilities   

All utilities are included and based on occupancy of up to 2 residents. A $125/month utility adjustment applies for each additional resident beyond 2, as well as for any overnight guest staying more than 10 consecutive days.

Parking

The property accommodates up to two vehicles, with assigned off street parking available as well as ample street parking nearby.

EV charging is not currently available.

And about your Neighbors...

We live on site in a separate downstairs apartment and both primarily work from home. Think of us as your neighbors—we’re nearby if something needs attention, but otherwise we keep to ourselves and respect your privacy.

And about your Pet policy...

We’re happy to consider one dog or one cat on a case-by-case basis. As your neighbors on the property we have our own rescue dog with his own separate yard, so we just want to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone—two-legged and four-legged : ).

• Maximum 1 pet: One dog under 35 lbs. or one cat, with prior owner approval
• Age: Pet must be at least 1 year old
• Requirements: House-trained, current on vaccinations, licensed as required, and spayed/neutered
• Pet Deposit: $400 refundable
• Pet Rent: None
• Pet Cleaning Fee: None beyond the standard cleaning fee
• Insurance: $300,000 renters liability coverage required; approved pet must be covered under the policy’s liability provisions
• Outdoor Space: Small gated outdoor area available for your pet

Smoke-Free Property

Smoking, vaping, candles, and incense are not permitted inside

the home or elsewhere on the property. Scent-free vaping is

permitted outdoors only.​

providing the convenience and flexibility needed for longer stays.
